In General, returns will require an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. To obtain an RMA, please send your request to email@example.com If the product is not working and is still under warranty, you can elect to have a replacement unit sent to you, or a refund. If you require a refund, please include a proof of purchase, such as a receipt, that includes the purchase price and a reason for the return. Please allow up to 15 working days to receive your refund.
